Project Controls & Scheduling

Tools, Processes and Procedures - Implementation and development of processes, tools and procedures to monitor, control and integrate programmes with varying levels of complexity. Thus, enabling effective delivery and performance management of the project(s).

Robust Programme

We work with delivery teams to produce robust programmes compliant with client requirements at a variety of sizes and complexities to provide a clear baseline from which the project can deliver and manage the project and/or programme of works.

Schedule Interrogation and Integration

We interrogate contractor and sub-contractor programmes, checking deliverability, criticality and schedule quality. Where required to we lead on integration of programmes, ensuring control and clear visibility of the wider project programme enabling the client to make informed decisions.

Project Risk Management

Utilising decades of global experience across multiple sectors companies and projects, we develop processes, procedures and plans to establish a framework of best practice risk management. This is further backed up by our certification and qualification including BA Risk Management and from PMI and the IRM.

Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis

Through interviews, workshops and reviews, we test estimates, uncertainty and cost risks and build flexible, dynamic and tailored models using @risk software (Palisade) and montecarlo probabilistic techniques. Providing insightful outputs including contingency recommendations, risk exposure, top cost risk and areas of uncertainty and probabilistic ranges.

Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis

Similarly, through interviews, workshops and reviews, we interrogate project schedules with an aim of first improving the baseline before building models using Primevera Risk Analysis Software (Oracle) integrating uncertainty and discrete risk events and providing probabilistic ranges of potential outcomes, key risks and areas of uncertainty and recommendation for value engineering, mitigation and reporting.

Facilitation

We use our people management and presentation skills to provide expert facilitation of Risk & Value Management workshops and risk register reviews.
